Senior Resident Service Director

About the Position

Blue Roc Premier is seeking an experienced and dynamic Resident Service Director to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the seamless operation and impeccable maintenance of our residential communities, playing a key part in delivering an exceptional living experience for our residents.

Main Missions

• Supervise and lead a dedicated team of maintenance associates to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee the management of all service requests, repairs, and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety, cleanliness, and property standards.
• Act as a primary point of contact for residents, vendors, and supervisors to ensure effective communication.
• Manage property assets and coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs.

Profile Required

• 5 to 7 years of proven experience in multi-family property maintenance and team supervision.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on staff development and training.
• Exceptional communication skills to interact professionally with residents and stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license is mandatory.
• Bilingualism is considered a significant asset.
