Senior Reliability Specialist – Evening/Overnight Shift

About the role

The Senior Reliability Specialist ensures the reliability, performance and compliance of manufacturing equipment on the aseptic platform. Working on the 2nd or 3rd shift, you will act as the technical authority for Tetra Pak filling and secondary packaging lines, driving continuous improvement and reducing equipment losses.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously optimise the Preventative Maintenance (TPMS) reliability programme for the aseptic platform, partnering with vendors and internal leaders.
• Lead complex problem‑solving initiatives (DMAIC, Go‑See‑Think‑Do, Breakdown Analysis) to eliminate recurring equipment inefficiencies.
• Coordinate and govern TPMS events, ensuring readiness of materials, parts, labour and communication plans.
• Provide advanced technical coaching on Aseptic Filling and Secondary Packaging equipment, building sustainable capability across Maintenance and Operations teams.
• Manage improvement projects as a qualified Management of Change (MOC) project manager, aligning technical scope, risk assessment and stakeholder expectations.

Required profile

• Associate Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 7 years of progressive maintenance and reliability experience, **or** 10 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Demonstrated experience with aseptic Tetra Pak equipment and a strong background in TPM/RCM methodologies.
