Senior Project Manager

About the role

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, strategic R&D projects that drive innovation and commercial success across its nutrition and wellness portfolio. The role reports to the SBU Head and NPTC Head and works within the Nestlé Continuous Excellence framework.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver products, processes, systems or solutions on schedule, within defined quality, cost and scope parameters.
• Manage cross‑functional, cross‑category projects, coordinating with Corporate R&D, Operations, CTAG, APG and external partners.
• Allocate and control resources and budgets in a matrix environment, overseeing project managers and senior specialists.
• Coach and facilitate collaboration among specialists, business units, IP, regulatory and external agencies, including consumer testing.
• Engage and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders, presenting project status to steering committees and innovation portfolio meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8‑10 years of experience in Operations, R&D or corporate functions, with at least 3 years of project‑management responsibility.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and proven ability to lead teams in a matrix organization.
• Strong communication skills, capable of presenting confidently to senior decision‑makers.
