About the role

We are a top‑ranked General Contractor seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high‑profile construction projects across multiple sectors, including hotels, municipal facilities, and senior living. This permanent position offers the chance to shape complex builds from planning through handover while working with a collaborative team of architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full project life‑cycle, from initiation to close‑out.
• Manage resources, subcontractors, and material procurement.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules, communicating updates to all stakeholders.
• Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Conduct risk assessments and resolve issues to keep projects within scope.
• Prepare and present progress reports to clients and internal leadership.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor project teams to achieve objectives.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
• Manage change orders and interventions to align outcomes with project plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction, with a focus on hotel, municipal, or senior‑living projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering large, complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
