Senior Project Manager – EPC Natural Gas Projects

About the role

Enerflex is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale EPC projects for natural‑gas processing facilities in the United States. The role covers the full project life‑cycle from award through commissioning, ensuring integration of scope, schedule, cost and risk.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and governance for complex turnkey projects, managing technical, commercial and contractual aspects in line with Enerflex processes.
• Serve as the senior customer interface, maintaining executive‑level stakeholder relationships and driving issue resolution.
• Develop and validate integrated project schedules, monitor performance, and implement mitigation strategies for schedule and cost variances.
• Own project financial performance, including margin protection, cash‑flow management, change orders and earned‑value analysis.
• Direct engineering, procurement, fabrication, logistics and commissioning activities, and negotiate with major suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, security and environmental standards and promote a proactive safety culture.

Required profile

• 15+ years of project management experience in EPC, engineering, design, applications or manufacturing environments.
• Extensive knowledge of amine sweetening, glycol dehydration, hydrocarbon recovery, fractionation and dew‑point control processes.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams, manage high‑risk projects and interact with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• BS degree in Engineering (preferred) and a Professional Engineering license (a plus).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
