Senior Project Manager – Data Center High Voltage

About the role

Parsons is hiring an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large industrial and data‑center capital projects, focusing on high‑voltage electrical infrastructure from pre‑construction through commissioning.

Key responsibilities

• Perform senior project management on large industrial/data‑center capital projects, including high‑voltage electrical/substation design, construction, and commissioning.
• Lead multi‑disciplinary teams (mechanical, civil, electrical, power, SCADA, site operations) through feasibility, FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
• Develop and execute Project Execution Plans, manage EPC contractors, and ensure compliance with schedule, budget, and safety requirements.
• Maintain executive‑level communication with clients and internal leadership, preparing reports, presentations, and proposals.
• Oversee financial monitoring, cost reporting, change orders, and procurement of materials and subcontracts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical/business field.
• 10‑15+ years of relevant experience managing capital projects, preferably in manufacturing or data‑center environments.
• Proven experience with high‑voltage electrical systems and substations.
• Ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams and interface with clients.
