Senior Program Manager – Quote-to-Cash Transformation & M&A Integration

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead strategic business transformation initiatives across the global Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process as part of the company’s S/4HANA transformation program. The role also drives post‑acquisition integration, ensuring newly acquired businesses are aligned with Applied Materials’ processes, governance, and enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global Quote-to-Cash transformation workstreams, designing future‑state processes, standardizing and implementing them across customer master data, pricing, quoting, contract management, order management, billing and revenue alignment.
• Develop and execute integration strategies for post‑M&A businesses, coordinating cross‑functional activities across Finance, IT, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, HR and Legal.
• Establish program governance, manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks and executive reporting, and facilitate steering committee meetings.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and change management, creating communication, training and adoption plans to ensure organizational readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading large‑scale business transformation, ERP deployments or strategic program management initiatives in a global environment.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of Quote‑to‑Cash business processes and organizational interdependencies.
• Subject‑matter expertise in enterprise transformation and complex program management.
