Senior Program Coordinator, Mission Operations

About the role

Saronic Technologies is seeking a Senior Program Coordinator to lead the financial and material planning for autonomous maritime system deployments. You will bridge field operations with finance, supply chain, and logistics to ensure deployments are cost‑effective, well‑stocked, and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Track Mission Operations budgets, burn rate, and deployment costs; flag variances promptly.
• Develop and maintain cost forecasts for demonstrations and deployments to support gate reviews.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Program Management, Logistics, and Finance to translate deployment schedules into material demand signals.
• Manage spares allocation, procurement of components, consumables, and services within approved budgets.
• Maintain the deployment calendar, readiness picture, and travel/logistics planning for field teams.
• Prepare recurring financial and readiness reports for leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in program coordination, budgeting, or logistics within a technical environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate field activity into clear financial insight.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple deployments and deadlines simultaneously.
