About the role
Leads the end‑to‑end design, implementation and deployment of complex infrastructure solutions for medical devices, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders. Provides expert guidance on infrastructure strategies, emerging technologies and solution roadmaps.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement and deploy complex infrastructure solutions aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Drive implementation, integration and optimization of advanced infrastructure environments, ensuring seamless interoperability across platforms, third‑party applications and legacy systems.
- Troubleshoot highly complex infrastructure issues, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement long‑term corrective actions.
- Perform advanced testing, validation and performance optimization to maximize reliability, security and operational efficiency.
- Establish and maintain configuration management, version control and governance processes.
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, operational procedures and knowledge‑sharing resources.
- Champion continuous improvement by staying current with emerging technologies and leveraging product expertise.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 + years of experience in infrastructure engineering support, cloud technologies, system administration or similar within health‑tech, hospital or medical‑device environments.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a global, customer‑facing environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, thriving in a team‑oriented culture.

What we offer
- Salary range $142,000 – $227,000 per year.
