Senior Product Manager – Vault CRM Suite

About the role

Veeva is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the next wave of AI‑powered innovation for Vault CRM, the market‑leading CRM suite for life‑sciences companies. You will shape product strategy, drive AI feature development, and influence roadmap decisions across a global customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation through design, development, and market launch.
• Translate market trends, customer insights, and emerging technologies into clear product requirements.
• Drive the ideation and development of new AI features, guiding end‑users to become more effective.
• Collaborate with UX, architecture, development, and QA teams to create detailed specifications and ensure timely releases.
• Present roadmaps and demo cutting‑edge features to customers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience in a software company.
• Proven ability to synthesize customer feedback and turn it into cohesive product designs.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams in an agile environment.

Required skills

• Experience with conversational AI, recommendation engines, or large language models (LLMs).
• Experience with configurable enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Prior exposure to the Veeva Vault Platform.
