Senior Product Manager, Ultrasound AI

About the role

DeepHealth is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of ultrasound AI products. You will work closely with clinicians, machine‑learning engineers, software engineers and designers to turn clinical insights and market feedback into product priorities and deliver solutions that serve millions of patients.

Key responsibilities

• Define product strategy and execution for both in‑market scaling products and new ultrasound AI offerings.
• Collaborate with clinicians to understand workflow, differentiate true needs from requests, and translate them into actionable work for engineering.
• Prioritize features, defer or stop work based on evidence, and manage trade‑offs across model performance, workflow, speed and cost.
• Own discovery, validation and cross‑functional delivery from concept through launch for new ultrasound opportunities.
• Partner with sales, marketing, quality assurance and regulatory teams to ensure compliant, timely product releases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of product management, product engineering, design or founder experience leading product decisions and execution.
• Proven track record of shipping successful software products with measurable post‑launch outcomes.
• Experience making evidence‑based decisions and forming/testing hypotheses when data is incomplete.
• Strong communication, high autonomy and effective asynchronous collaboration across time zones.

Required skills

• Machine learning knowledge, including understanding of asymmetric error costs.
• Hands‑on fluency with AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork.
• Software engineering or hands‑on coding experience (preferred).
