Senior Product Manager – Patient CRM

About the role

As the Senior Product Manager for Patient CRM, you will be the primary architect of the patient‑centric vision within Veeva’s Vault CRM ecosystem, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to evolve core platform capabilities—including AI agents, mobile features, and data architecture—to meet the sensitive requirements of Patient Support Programs and Services.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy and delivery of features for patient recruitment, enrollment, and long‑term engagement.
• Partner with the broader Vault CRM product organization to embed patient‑specific requirements into the core platform.
• Represent the product team at patient services and hub‑focused events, gathering market intelligence to shape the roadmap.
• Translate complex patient journeys—such as reimbursement, clinical trial support, and therapy adherence—into clear technical specifications.
• Collaborate with the AI product team to build conversational agents that enable empathetic, efficient patient interactions.
• Guide features from concept through global release, working closely with UX, engineering, QA, and services teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Patient Services, Hub Operations, Field Reimbursement, or related health‑tech product management.
• Deep understanding of HIPAA, GDPR, and patient‑privacy regulations.
• 3+ years of software product management experience launching enterprise‑grade SaaS solutions.
• Proven ability to influence roadmaps across multiple product teams in a matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to problem solving.

Required skills

• Experience writing detailed requirement specifications, managing backlogs, and leading agile engineering teams.
• Ability to translate patient‑service terminology into technical requirements for developers.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
