Senior Product Manager - Patient CRM

About the role

Veeva is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the patient‑centric vision within its Vault CRM ecosystem. You will shape the roadmap for patient recruitment, enrollment, and long‑term engagement, ensuring the platform meets the high‑security needs of Patient Support Programs.

Key responsibilities

• Own strategy and delivery of features for patient recruitment, enrollment, and engagement across the Vault CRM suite.
• Partner with AI and core CRM product teams to embed intelligent agents, mobile capabilities, and secure data architecture.
• Represent the product at patient services and hub events, gathering market intelligence to inform strategy.
• Translate complex patient journeys—including reimbursement and clinical trial support—into detailed technical specifications.
• Guide features from concept through global release, working closely with UX, engineering, QA, and services teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years in Patient Services, Hub Operations, Field Reimbursement, or related health‑tech product management.
• 3+ years of software product management experience launching enterprise‑grade SaaS solutions.
• Deep knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, and patient privacy regulations.
• Proven ability to influence roadmaps across multiple product teams in a matrixed environment.

Required skills

• Conversational AI and large language model (LLM) concepts.
• Recommendation engine design.
• Enterprise SaaS configuration and delivery.
• Experience with the Veeva Vault Platform.
