Senior Product Manager, MedTech Vault CRM

About the role

Veeva is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the MedTech vision within its Vault CRM platform. You will shape the roadmap for medical device and diagnostic companies, ensuring the core platform meets their unique sales and workflow needs.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the MedTech roadmap, defining strategy and delivering functionality specific to MedTech sales processes.
• Partner with the broader Vault CRM product organization to integrate MedTech features into the core platform, including AI agents, mobile offline capabilities, and data architecture.
• Represent Veeva at MedTech industry events, gathering market intelligence and sharing the product vision.
• Translate MedTech commercial processes into detailed technical specifications and backlog items.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, QA, and services teams to guide features from concept through global release and adoption.

Required profile

• 3+ years of software product management experience launching enterprise‑grade SaaS solutions.
• Proven ability to influence multiple product teams and drive shared goals in a matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to uncovering customer needs.
• Experience writing detailed requirement specifications, managing backlogs, and leading agile engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills to translate MedTech terminology into technical requirements and executive‑level messaging.
