Senior Product Manager - Medical Inquiry

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to build, launch, and grow capabilities for Veeva MedInquiry. You will partner with customers, sales, consulting, and engineering to define product specifications, roadmap, and solution maps, driving the next generation of Medical Affairs solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, prototype, configure, and validate Veeva MedInquiry solutions rapidly to solve the right problems.
• Iterate designs using agile practices and continuously improve the product.
• Author high‑quality specifications and user stories, communicating actionable requirements to engineering.
• Own and manage the product roadmap, translating industry trends into concrete requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Product Management to ensure harmonized solutions across Veeva applications.
• Maintain a passion for excellence and take pride in delivering high‑impact features.

Required profile

• 8+ years of progressive product management experience, preferably in case management or customer service intake.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a track record of influencing cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in product design, development, strategic planning, and roadmap creation.
• Experience writing detailed user stories, managing backlogs, and collaborating with engineering/QA.
• Ability to understand and convey architectural constraints and data‑modeling requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Based in the Eastern Standard Time zone and authorized to work in the USA or Canada.
