Senior Product Manager - k0rdent Enterprise

About the role

Mirantis is hiring a Senior Product Manager focused exclusively on go-to-market execution for k0rdent Enterprise, its enterprise-grade, open-source-based distributed container management platform. This is an execution role: the candidate owns everything between engineering and the market, including positioning, messaging, sales enablement, decks, talk tracks, competitive materials, analyst engagement and direct support of customer-facing sales teams. The candidate does not own the technical roadmap but must understand the domain well enough to translate it into something a seller can use.

Key responsibilities

• Sales enablement and field support: build and maintain the core pitch (positioning, messaging, use cases, pricing, competitive differentiation); produce slide decks, one-pagers, battle cards, ROI models, demo scripts and migration guides; partner with the sales team, attend customer meetings and discovery calls, and own the talk track.
• Go-to-market execution: own GTM plans for new capabilities and releases, coordinating product, marketing and sales; engage analysts, write technical content and build the external narrative; track win/loss patterns and feed insights back to positioning and roadmap conversations.
• Customer and market insight: engage platform engineers, DevOps teams and SREs to understand pain points and buying drivers; identify winning use cases such as multi-cloud orchestration, identity provider delivery and regulated or air-gapped environments; turn customer feedback into prioritized input for engineering and product leadership.
• Revenue responsibility: take ownership of the commercial performance of the sales motion enabled, track pipeline, conversion and deal velocity, and work with sales leadership to fix gaps in coverage, messaging or materials.

Required profile

• 5+ years in product management, product marketing or GTM roles in cloud infrastructure, DevOps or enterprise software.
• Proven track record enabling sales teams, with decks, playbooks and deal support.
• Demonstrated revenue responsibility, measured against commercial outcomes.
• Strong communicator and writer who can simplify complex infrastructure concepts for business audiences.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, low-structure environment.

Required skills

• Technical fluency in Kubernetes, multi-cloud and platform engineering.
• Bonus: experience with AI/ML infrastructure or GPU orchestration, Cluster API, GitOps or Kubernetes-native policy tooling.
• Bonus: background with or against Red Hat, VMware, Rancher, SpectroCloud, Rafay or hyperscaler Kubernetes offerings.
• Bonus: startup or high-growth experience building GTM from scratch.
