Senior Product Manager

About the role

Senior Product Manager at CancerIQ, leading the roadmap for the CancerIQ platform that supports hereditary cancer risk assessment, genetic testing and screening compliance for health‑system customers. The role works cross‑functionally with engineering, customer success and sales to deliver high‑impact features that improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end product roadmap, balancing customer needs, market trends and clinical best practices.
• Define and track success metrics for shipped features and use data to guide iterations.
• Develop deep clinical knowledge of hereditary cancer risk assessment and partner with genetic counselors and oncology leaders.
• Leverage AI tools throughout the product lifecycle for discovery, UX exploration, user story generation and validation.
• Write clear, well‑scoped requirements and collaborate closely with engineering to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery.
• Manage feature adoption, create go‑to‑market plans and support change‑management with Customer Success.
• Conduct customer discovery, site visits and market trend analysis to inform roadmap decisions.

Required profile

• 10+ years of product management experience shipping B2B or healthcare SaaS products.
• Experience in oncology, cancer genetics or related clinical domains is strongly preferred.
• Comfort working directly with clinical stakeholders such as genetic counselors and service‑line leaders.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to prioritize roadmap decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to translate complex clinical and technical concepts.
• Experience with FHIR, EHR integrations or other healthcare interoperability standards is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree a plus.
