Senior Product Manager

About the role

Second Nature is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the Command Center platform, the internal workflow backbone that supports onboarding, activation and enrollment for customers. You will partner with sales, RevOps, CSM, and other teams to simplify operational complexity and drive digital transformation across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Command Center, focusing on reducing operational cost and complexity.
• Own end‑to‑end core workflows for customer onboarding, activation and enrollment.
• Set platform, UX and architectural standards that enable other domain teams to build their own workflow tools quickly.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to translate workflow pain points into product requirements.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery through rollout, measuring adoption, efficiency and OpEx impact.
• Champion AI‑assisted development practices to accelerate delivery without sacrificing rigor.

Required profile

• 6–8+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, PropTech or internal platform roles.
• Proven experience building or owning internal workflow, onboarding or operations platforms used by multiple teams.
• Data‑driven mindset; comfortable analyzing usage, error rates and cycle times to inform decisions.
• Strong track record partnering with go‑to‑market and operations functions such as Sales, RevOps and Support.
• Enthusiasm for AI’s impact on product development and practical experience applying AI tools.
• Decisive, first‑principles thinker who can turn ambiguity into clear roadmaps and unblock teams.
