Senior Product Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to own and evolve the core Autocapture experience, using AI to reimagine how documentation is created. The goal is to let Scribe understand work as it happens and turn it into useful documentation without users having to remember to record.

Key responsibilities

• Drive company‑level goals and track business metrics to validate or invalidate the roadmap.
• Develop and iterate a product vision with input from customers, the revenue team, and the market.
• Build the future of automated documentation, tackling 0→1 problems around work understanding, documentation relevance, and knowledge creation for people and AI agents.
• Partner closely with Engineering and Design to move projects from ideation to launch while raising the quality bar.
• Represent Scribe publicly—presenting to the C‑suite, responding to community Slack requests, and staying in daily contact with users.
• Measure the impact of each release and use data‑driven insights to shape future bets.

Required profile

• Extremely curious, constantly asking “why” to deeply understand user problems.
• 6+ years building SaaS products with a track record of delighting end users.
• Passion for making complex technology feel simple, intuitive, and magical.
• Active experimentation with AI tools, models, and prototypes.
• Comfort with ambiguity—starting from messy problems, forming hypotheses, and learning quickly.
• Focus on outcomes over output, owning company‑level OKRs and driving impact.
• Ability to think big while delivering incremental value at high velocity.
• Strong point of view on product quality, representing customers and market.
• Thrives in autonomy, shaping product direction and defending decisions with calculated trade‑offs.
