Senior Product Manager

About the role

The Senior Product Manager role is a high‑impact position operating in a fast‑moving environment where you’ll proactively identify market opportunities and lead product direction and strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities, create product vision and strategy, and define actionable plans.
• Build and continuously update the roadmap with clear prioritization.
• Research market, customers, and trends; synthesize feedback from surveys and discovery calls.
• Write product specifications covering problem, goals, scope, success metrics, and project plan.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of roadmap projects, collaborating with engineering and design.
• Develop messaging for customers, marketing, and sales audiences.
• Evaluate product success using metrics and feedback.
• Leverage non‑software solutions when needed and foster cross‑functional alignment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years at a high‑growth tech startup.
• Experience building B2B software products with engineers and designers.
• Led at least one successful product or business line in a high‑growth environment.
• Strong business, design, and technical sense.
• Extensive use of AI tools in daily workflow.
