Senior Product Manager

About the role

Cambio is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of AI features, starting with an MCP integration and a customer workflow builder. This role will shape how the organization builds with AI and supports the mission to decarbonize commercial real estate.

Key responsibilities

• Translate real‑world decarbonization and building‑management challenges into scalable, measurable solutions.
• Prioritize ruthlessly to balance long‑term growth bets with near‑term product impact.
• Collaborate with customer success, sales, and partnerships to align the roadmap with market needs.
• Build shared AI infrastructure that other teams can adopt as a byproduct of shipping real features.
• Engage with customers to deeply understand pain points and design delightful, functional products.
• Leverage data analytics to set and monitor KPIs, including model quality, latency, and cost.
• Partner with go‑to‑market teams to develop and execute launch strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for product inquiries, updating senior leadership and external partners.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, with 2–3 years shipping LLM‑powered features.
• Proven track record of delivering customer‑centric products that solve real‑world problems.
• Strong leadership and influence across cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Data‑driven decision‑making with experience using analytics to shape strategy and measure success.
