Senior Product Manager

About the role

As a Senior Product Manager on the Platform team, you will shape and scale Catchafire’s marketplace that connects pro‑bono professionals with nonprofit organizations. You will own end‑to‑end product strategy, collaborate with engineering, UX and design, and drive AI‑enabled features from concept to impact measurement. The role reports directly to the VP of Engineering and is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• User Advocate: Conduct research and maintain a strong, evidence‑based view of customer needs.
• Research & Planning: Lead qualitative and quantitative studies, synthesize insights with AI tools, and create product documentation.
• Delivery: Partner with design and tech leads, run sprints, and ensure timely releases.
• Results Measurement: Track feature performance against benchmarks and inform roadmap decisions.
• Technical & AI Leadership: Identify AI/ML opportunities, introduce new tools, and build team fluency.
• Strategic Partnership: Align AI capabilities with the broader platform roadmap and translate technical trade‑offs for leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, including at least one successful launch at a growth‑stage startup.
• Experience with marketplace platforms or B2B enterprise software.
• 2+ years of hands‑on work designing, shipping, or iterating AI/ML‑powered features.
• Technical fluency and proven ability to work closely with engineering teams.
• Experience collaborating with large strategic partners and presenting to executive stakeholders.
• Strong research aptitude using tools such as SQL, PostHog, FullStory, or Google Analytics.
