Senior Product Manager – Growth

About the role

Plug is an automotive fintech startup building the first marketplace dedicated to used electric vehicles. As a Senior Product Manager, Growth you will own both sides of the marketplace – the consumer seller funnel that brings cars in and the dealer auction experience that moves them out. You will work directly with the SVP of Product & Technology and a small, high‑performing team to drive rapid, data‑backed growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end dealer auction experience, including bidding logic, engagement mechanics, and mobile app development from zero to one.
• Design, launch, and iterate on the consumer seller funnel and quote flow, increasing the volume of sellers requesting offers.
• Define hypotheses, run A/B tests, and conduct post‑hoc analysis using session replays, customer discovery, and data insights.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, data scientists, and designers to ship features quickly and measure impact.
• Prioritize growth experiments, track key metrics, and communicate results to leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in marketplaces, fintech, or automotive domains.
• Proven track record of driving user acquisition, activation, and retention through data‑driven experimentation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a fast‑moving, autonomous environment.

Required skills

• Experience designing and executing A/B tests.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and metrics tracking.
• Understanding of mobile app product development.
