Senior Product Manager, Foundations

About the role

Vitalize is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Foundations team, which is responsible for getting Vitalize’s hospital‑wide platform into customers quickly and correctly. You will own the end‑to‑end product experience that transforms each hospital’s unique HRIS, scheduling, union contracts, and workflow quirks into a scalable, repeatable solution.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for Foundations, focusing on data & intelligence, delivery & configuration, and rules & compliance.
• Drive the transition from bespoke, one‑off integrations to a standardized, automated launch process.
• Collaborate with engineering, deployments, and compliance teams to build reusable components and workflows.
• Measure and improve customer time‑to‑live, ensuring every signed contract moves smoothly to an active hospital deployment.
• Prioritize feature development based on impact, scalability, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise or healthcare technology.
• Proven track record of scaling complex, data‑driven products.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations, HRIS integrations, and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, operations, and customer‑facing teams.
