Senior Product Manager – Commercial Platform

About the role

Plug, an automotive fintech startup focused on electric‑vehicle (EV) marketplaces, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead its Commercial platform. Reporting to the SVP of Product & Technology, you will own the end‑to‑end experience for OEM and commercial partners such as Rivian, Lucid and VinFast, driving the next‑generation, scalable solution.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full OEM and commercial partner platform, including partner interfaces for inventory processing and tracking.
• Design, develop and maintain APIs that connect Plug with partner systems and third‑party tools.
• Lead migration of partners from manual processes to scalable software solutions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to deliver high‑impact features and ensure platform reliability.
• Define product roadmap, prioritize backlog, and align development with business outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a product manager in a technology‑focused environment, preferably with B2B platforms.
• Strong ownership mindset with ability to operate autonomously and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills to work directly with high‑profile OEM partners.
