Senior Product Manager, AI

About the role

AiPrise is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead its AI‑powered compliance product line. You will own the roadmap for AI agents and large‑language‑model workflows, collaborating with engineering, design, sales and customer success to deliver solutions that help banks, fintechs, crypto and payment providers meet KYC, KYB and AML requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Shape product direction for a major AI‑focused area, making difficult trade‑offs under ambiguity and influencing multiple teams.
• Create and communicate a multi‑year product strategy, aligning stakeholders around a shared vision.
• Lead several cross‑functional initiatives simultaneously, anticipating risks and removing blockers to ensure timely delivery.
• Improve execution through disciplined planning, prioritization and measurement across teams.
• Develop deep expertise in customer behavior, product performance and data trends to inform strategy and uncover new opportunities.
• Use data to influence decisions and drive product improvements.
• Influence leaders across the organization, mentor other product managers and share frameworks that raise product management standards.
• Conduct customer interviews, translate insights into product requirements and partner with enterprise accounts, including demos and executive‑level conversations.

Required profile

• 6–12+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of shaping strategy and delivering results across multiple teams or a major product domain.
• Experience owning and shipping end‑to‑end products in fintech, compliance or developer‑facing spaces.
• Comfort with evaluating and adopting new technologies to improve product speed, quality and outcomes.
• Strong ability to make hard trade‑offs under uncertainty and to communicate decisions clearly.
