Senior Product Manager, AI Call Intelligence

About the role

Litify is building an AI Call Intelligence suite that transforms client and case conversations into structured, actionable work products. The Senior Product Manager will own the end‑to‑end product line, from call capture and transcription to AI‑generated summaries and voice agents that automate routine tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of AI Call Intelligence products, defining roadmap for capture, transcription, summarisation and voice agents.
• Translate conversational insights into platform workflows such as case records, intake qualification and CRM activities.
• Ship inbound and outbound AI voice agents and design the guardrails and evaluation standards for autonomous behavior.
• Build QA and coaching tools including call scoring, topic detection and manager review interfaces.
• Lead client discovery, beta programs and champion the voice of the customer across cross‑functional teams.
• Conduct market and competitive research to shape commercialization strategy.
• Prioritise backlog and collaborate with engineering, design, data science and GTM to deliver releases.
• Measure adoption and success through data‑driven metrics.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or workflow automation platforms.
• 2+ years managing AI/ML or data‑intensive products, with hands‑on experience in conversational or agentic AI.

Required skills

• Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts.
• Conversational and voice AI development, including speech‑to‑text and dialog design.
• Salesforce or Salesforce‑native application experience.
• Telephony, VoIP and contact‑center platform knowledge.
