Senior Product Designer (Remote)

About the role

Rula is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join its Provider Team, creating tools that help therapists streamline administrative work and make informed clinical decisions. The role focuses on designing AI‑enabled experiences for mental health care providers.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end product experiences for therapist workflows, from concept to launch.
• Identify opportunities and think strategically about future care delivery.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, clinical, and research teams.
• Leverage AI to enhance user experiences while maintaining high usability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional product design experience with shipped products.
• Proven success designing multi‑step workflows for productivity or business software.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with product, engineering, and operations.
• Strong communication skills and ownership of design from problem to delivery.

Required skills

• Mastery of Figma for design, prototyping, and system‑level thinking.
