Senior Product Designer

About the role

Retell AI is building a modern CX platform powered by voice AI. As a Senior Product Designer you will shape real‑time AI voice experiences that customers use in high‑stakes, live interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product design from concept and PRDs to shipped features used by real customers.
• Translate complex AI voice workflows into clear, intuitive user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with founders, engineers and customers to define, refine and ship features while preserving design intent.
• Conduct user research, interviews and feedback loops to inform design decisions.
• Raise the UX bar by identifying friction, inconsistencies and opportunities across the product.
• Build and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product design experience on shipped products.
• Strong user‑centered design background (HCI, design or equivalent).
• Excellent visual taste, attention to detail and polish.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving startup with ambiguity.
• Enjoy owning problems end‑to‑end and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
