Senior Product Designer

About the role

SandboxAQ is looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape how people build, evaluate, and trust AI agents across a fast‑evolving, highly technical product family.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product vision and direction, partnering with product and engineering to define what should be built and how it works.
• Design and prototype in code to accelerate decisions, collaborating early with engineers to incorporate technical constraints.
• Own visual and interaction design across command‑line, web, console, collaboration spaces, onboarding and documentation, evolving the style guide and design system.
• Conduct workshops, qualitative interviews, usability testing and analyze product analytics to ground decisions in evidence.
• Maintain cross‑departmental collaboration with other design functions and support strategic partnership interfaces.

Required profile

• 6+ years designing interfaces for complex technical domains such as developer tools, enterprise security or AI.
• Strong working knowledge of AI and agentic products, able to clarify complex workflows.
• Fluency with Figma and AI‑augmented design tools, comfortable working directly with engineers.
• Hands‑on experience conducting user research and translating findings into product improvements.
• Proven success in fast‑paced, ambiguous early‑stage product environments.
