Senior Product Designer

About the role

Camber is looking for a designer who loves data and working on ways to make the massive amount of data that we have more helpful for both our internal and external users. This can mean anything from improving the ways that data gets put into our systems to creating new data visualizations that help clinics better understand how they can improve their billing outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Become the expert on internal users' workflows and share that knowledge across the team.
• Untangle complicated processes, systems, and datasets to create straightforward, intuitive experiences.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns, opportunities, and inform design decisions.
• Clarify ill‑defined problems, align stakeholders, and define a path forward.
• Lead projects from problem identification through design and shipping.
• Balance pragmatic short‑term solutions with long‑term system design.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably on complex, data‑heavy products.
• Comfortable working with data to understand problems and guide design.
• Systems thinking – ability to see how workflows, data, people, and systems interconnect.
• Strong customer empathy and willingness to engage directly with users.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn new domains, especially healthcare and billing.
• Mission‑driven motivation to help clinicians focus on care rather than manual work.
