Senior Product Designer

About the role

Cinder is building mission‑critical infrastructure to protect the world’s largest digital platforms from abuse and fraud. As a Senior Product Designer you will help shape the design language of a fast‑growing product suite, working closely with the existing design lead and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end design for assigned surfaces, from problem framing to shipped UI, collaborating directly with product and engineering.
• Run discovery with Trust & Safety customers, translate insights into design direction and actionable tickets.
• Prototype high‑fidelity flows to validate concepts before engineering begins.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system as the product scales.
• Take on broader design work such as brand, GTM decks, website and marketing assets.

Required profile

• 6+ years designing software for expert users, with strong visual and graphic design craft.
• Expert in Figma for wireframing, prototyping and production‑grade delivery.
• Fluent with AI coding agents (Cursor, Claude, Codex) for design and prototyping.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to make decisions without a finished PRD.
• Proactive mindset, flagging and fixing design debt before it’s requested.
