Senior Product Designer

About the role

Sleeper is building the leading platform for sports fans to connect, compete, and share moments. As a Senior Product Designer you will shape experiences across iOS, Android, web, and tablet, helping millions of users enjoy a vibrant digital playground.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end experiences for all Sleeper platforms, from concept through implementation.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams in ideation sessions and provide mentorship to junior designers.
• Own and evolve the design system, creating scalable solutions that improve existing standards.
• Contribute to a small, high‑impact design team that pushes innovation in sports‑focused social features.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of full‑time product design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid design foundation and end‑to‑end execution.
• Ability to partner strategically with cross‑functional teams and influence product decisions.
• Attention to detail and a passion for sharing knowledge with peers.
