Senior Product Designer – Growth

About the role

Runway is building AI that simulates the world by merging art and science. The Senior/Staff Product Designer, Growth will own the revenue‑critical surfaces such as pricing pages, upgrade prompts, and checkout flows, turning business goals into tested design solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own growth‑critical surfaces from concept through shipped, tested experiments.
• Translate ARR growth, expansion revenue, and churn reduction goals into design hypotheses and interface changes.
• Design, run, and interpret A/B tests and other experiments with growth engineering and data teams.
• Collaborate closely with growth engineering and product to ship experiments quickly and turn winners into permanent product surfaces.
• Maintain visual and interaction consistency between growth surfaces and the broader product.
• Set design direction for growth surfaces and mentor other designers working in the funnel.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing product surfaces directly tied to revenue, with measurable impact on ARR, conversion, or expansion revenue.
• Comfort running and interpreting quantitative experiments, not just delivering a single design.
• Ability to iterate fast and collaborate closely with engineering and product teams.
• Willingness to pick up unfamiliar product areas without waiting for assignments.

Required skills

• Strong visual and interaction design skills for web products.
• Experience creating high‑fidelity UI prototypes and flows.
• Proficiency in designing and analyzing A/B tests.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered creative tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) is a plus.
