Senior Principal Account Manager, Key Accounts

About the role

Analog Devices is seeking a Senior Principal Account Manager to lead the account strategy and sales execution for a major automotive OEM that designs its own silicon and E/E architecture. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, you will work closely with the customer’s engineering and decision‑making teams to position ADI as a strategic partner and drive profitable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive profitable revenue growth and market‑share expansion across automotive and adjacent business lines.
• Develop and maintain a multi‑year Strategic Account Plan aligned with ADI business unit priorities.
• Engage the customer throughout the decision‑making lifecycle, from early solution definition to design win and commercialization.
• Identify and capture new and competitive business opportunities while protecting existing IP.
• Map the customer’s organization, build executive relationships, and facilitate senior‑level engagement.
• Translate customer strategies into internal action plans and align cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Represent the voice of the customer to ADI leadership, providing regular updates, forecasts, and insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing strategic, high‑value accounts in the automotive or semiconductor sector.
• Strong ability to influence senior executives and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Excellent understanding of automotive E/E architecture, silicon design, and emerging technologies such as AI and robotics.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% domestically and occasionally internationally.
