Senior Principal Account Manager – Global Accounts

About the role

Analog Devices is seeking a Senior Principal Account Manager to lead global account relationships within its Consumer team. The role focuses on executive‑level engagement, strategic account planning, and aligning customer roadmaps with ADI’s innovative semiconductor solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and promote key technology areas for partnership to achieve growth targets.
• Build and maintain executive‑level relationships to foster long‑term collaboration.
• Lead strategic account planning, opportunity identification, revenue forecasting, and design‑win tracking.
• Drive price negotiations and commercial discussions to secure competitive positioning.
• Monitor market trends, customer roadmaps, and competitive activity to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Field Applications Engineers and Business Units to align technical and commercial strategies.
• Engage customers as strategic collaborators, co‑developing solutions and roadmaps.
• Serve as primary point of contact for global alignment on strategic projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic account leadership and executive‑level relationship building.
• Strong ability to develop and execute strategic account plans, including forecasting and design‑win tracking.
• Deep understanding of market trends, customer roadmaps, and competitive dynamics.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams such as FAEs and Business Units.
• Ability to negotiate pricing and commercial terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
