Senior Pricing Manager

At Bumble Inc., the Pricing Manager helps shape how millions of customers experience value across Bumble and Badoo. The role sits at the intersection of customer behavior, experimentation, commercial strategy, and data‑driven decision making, aiming to unlock sustainable payer growth while championing member‑first experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve pricing and promotional strategies to support acquisition, conversion, retention and long‑term value.
• Lead pricing experimentation initiatives, including A/B test design, monitoring, analysis and recommendation development.
• Analyze customer behavior, purchasing patterns, elasticity and promotional effectiveness to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Data Science, Product, Marketing, Payments & Billing, Legal, Engineering and Finance to ensure pricing changes are scalable, compliant and customer‑centric.
• Use AI tools and data‑driven workflows to improve analysis efficiency, identify emerging trends and support faster insight generation.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in pricing, monetization, revenue optimization or related functions within a digital consumer business.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategy, promotional mechanics, subscription and consumable product models, and customer‑lifecycle monetization.
• Proven ability to design, execute and interpret A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
• Experience partnering cross‑functionally with product, data science, marketing, engineering, legal and finance teams.
• Demonstrated ownership, prioritisation and delivery in fast‑paced environments.
