Senior Power BI Dashboard UI Specialist (Remote, USA)

About the role

FullStack is seeking a Senior Power BI / Dashboard UI Specialist to join its remote team serving clients across the United States. You will work either as a team‑augmentation resource embedded in client teams or as part of a FullStack product team delivering end‑to‑end solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly with client designers and engineers to deliver Power BI dashboards and visualizations.
• Design and build high‑end dashboard interfaces with a strong focus on UI/UX, usability, and data‑visualization best practices.
• Perform performance tuning for large‑scale Power BI reports and underlying data queries.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development and business intelligence experience with Power BI.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven experience in DAX, Power Query (M), semantic modeling, and complex star‑schema architecture design.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams and delivering large, complex systems.
