Senior Oncology Consultant – Solid Tumor

About the role

Servier is seeking a Senior Oncology Consultant to drive sales of its solid‑tumor portfolio, focusing on Low‑Grade Glioma and Cholangiocarcinoma. The role works across marketing, customer strategy, operations and analytics to grow market share in the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales performance against assigned targets and manage territory budget.
• Develop and execute thoughtful account and business plans.
• Build long‑term relationships with customers and co‑promotion partners.
• Present Servier brands ethically and compliantly, facilitating clinical dialogue.
• Collaborate with internal commercial functions to meet customer needs.
• Monitor operating costs and ensure compliance with laws, regulations and SOPs.
• Represent Servier at conferences and company meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Scientific degree a plus) and 5+ years of results‑driven biotech/pharma sales experience.
• Proven track record as a top sales performer, preferably in oncology/solid‑tumor.
• Experience with complex sales models and new‑product launches.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Preference for academic and community‑hospital sales experience and strong institutional knowledge.
• Established relationships within the territory geography.
