Senior Motion Designer

About the role

Gupta Media is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to create compelling visual experiences across digital ads, billboards, web, video, print, and social media. You will translate concepts into standout work that resonates with audiences worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop motion graphics for a variety of media channels, including digital, outdoor, and social platforms.
• Carry projects from concept through production, ensuring high‑quality delivery.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to refine ideas and execute them effectively.
• Present design concepts to internal and external stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

Required profile

• A related 4‑year degree and at least 4 years of agency experience.
• Strong visual and motion design portfolio demonstrating cross‑medium execution.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to balance creativity with project deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Advanced skills in After Effects.
• Video editing experience with Premiere Pro (bonus).

• Base salary range $85,000 – $110,000 per year, plus annual bonus.
