Senior Media Manager

About the role

Anthropic is seeking a Senior Media Manager to lead paid media for its enterprise business and contribute to broader brand initiatives. The role will translate commercial objectives into paid media plans that reach executives and decision‑makers at critical moments.

Key responsibilities

• Own Anthropic's paid media strategy for the enterprise business, from channel mix and budget allocation through campaign execution and measurement.
• Lead paid media planning and buying across paid social, programmatic, video, broadcast, audio, out‑of‑home, print, and trade/industry media targeting executives and functional leaders.
• Partner with brand marketing stakeholders to ensure media learnings inform all initiatives.
• Serve as the media point of contact for the enterprise business, translating commercial objectives into media strategy with Product Marketing, Growth, and Sales.
• Allocate and optimize the enterprise media budget across channels based on performance data, market dynamics, and strategic priorities.
• Develop an independent point of view on channel mix and audience strategy, advocating with evidence rather than deferring to agency recommendations.
• Build a durable understanding of how business decision‑makers consume media and use it to challenge consumer‑focused assumptions.
• Manage agency, vendor, and platform relationships day‑to‑day, holding partners accountable for strategic alignment and execution quality.
• Collaborate with Marketing Data Science to build measurement frameworks (brand lift, reach & frequency modeling, attribution, pipeline impact).
