Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

Share Local Media is seeking a data‑driven Senior Marketing Manager to own a portfolio of client relationships and lead a growing team of managers and client associates. You will be responsible for strategic planning, revenue growth, and operational excellence across our direct‑mail and OOH product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage client relationships for a major service line, driving high‑performing direct‑mail programs.
• Lead tactical and strategic planning, including creative, offer, targeting, and messaging recommendations.
• Support direct reports in client management, campaign optimization, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to expand client programs and drive business growth.
• Mentor and develop a growing team, handling succession planning and career development.
• Own projects focused on revenue growth and cost optimization for the business line.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, operations, strategy, account management, or finance.
• Proven passion for marketing, client relationship management, and leadership.
• Experience leading teams, hiring, onboarding, and developing talent.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self‑starter with a “get it done” attitude, able to thrive in a fast‑moving startup.
