Senior Manager, Talent Management & Organizational Development

About the role

Chainalysis is seeking a Senior Manager to own and evolve talent management and organizational development programs. Reporting to the VP of People, you will assess the current performance review cycle, design new talent initiatives, and enable HR Business Partners and managers to execute high‑impact processes independently.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and redesign the performance review cycle, including goal setting, mid‑year check‑ins, annual reviews, ratings, and calibration.
• Create manager guides, toolkits, FAQs, and other supporting materials to ensure consistent execution at all levels.
• Partner with People Analytics to monitor completion rates, rating distributions, and other health indicators, using data to drive continuous improvement.
• Build and run succession planning programs, including readiness assessments, talent mapping, and 9‑box assessments.
• Develop enablement resources and run train‑the‑trainer sessions for HR Business Partners and people managers.
• Advise on team effectiveness, organizational design, and change management as the company scales.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in talent management and organizational development, with a track record of building or redesigning programs.
• Strong critical‑thinking and ability to structure ambiguous problems into actionable solutions.
• Agile mindset: comfortable iterating, shipping minimum viable solutions, and adapting to shifting priorities.
• Metrics‑driven: proficient with people analytics, dashboards, and data‑based decision making.
• Excellent communicator who can present options to senior leadership and create clear, concise toolkits.
• Fluent in Workday for talent and performance processes.
