Senior Manager, Regulatory Accounting & Disclosures

About the role

Anthropic’s Non‑Financial Reporting team is responsible for mandatory disclosures and the measurement of frontier AI impact. As Senior Manager you will own cross‑functional mechanisms that align financial and non‑financial reporting, build data‑management processes, and shape disclosure strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own internal mechanisms to track leases, capex and footprint changes, ensuring alignment of financial and non‑financial reporting.
• Prepare mandatory disclosure filings (EU CSRD, AU ASRS, etc.) and create risk‑assessment methodologies for compliance.
• Own corporate reporting on carbon, energy, water and other non‑financial metrics.
• Design controls, documentation and tech systems to make non‑financial reporting assurance‑ready and manage external assurance.
• Partner with legal, communications and policy teams to set voluntary disclosure posture (CDP, EcoVadis, customer‑facing statements).
• Build a scalable process for responding to customer requests, maintain an answer library, meet SLAs and own customer‑level reporting methodology.

Required profile

• Deep working knowledge of mandatory reporting standards and experience defending data‑management plans to auditors.
• Experience with cloud or data‑center impact accounting, including electricity and supplier‑specific energy data.
• Proficiency in maintaining non‑financial accounting platforms and coordinating multi‑stakeholder data collection.
• Familiarity with financial accounting standards and ability to partner with finance teams.
