Senior Manager – Real Estate & Property Management

About the role

The Senior Manager, Real Estate & Property Management will lead the execution of Cresco Labs’ real‑estate strategy across a multi‑state portfolio. The role balances property‑management and lease‑administration for existing sites with transaction execution for new locations and M&A activity.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee property management and lease administration for current dispensary and production locations.
• Negotiate commercial leases and manage landlord relationships, including resolution of complex issues.
• Conduct market research and site evaluations to identify growth opportunities for new dispensaries and production facilities.
• Support acquisition due‑diligence and transaction execution under tight timelines.
• Collaborate with corporate development, legal, construction, and operations teams.
• Report directly to the Senior Director, Real Estate.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience negotiating commercial leases.
• Proven ability to manage landlord relationships and resolve complex property issues.
• Experience supporting acquisition due‑diligence and M&A transactions.
• Comfort operating in a highly regulated, fast‑moving environment with significant ambiguity.
