Senior Manager, Paid Social (Performance Marketing)

About the role

SKIMS is looking for a strategic, performance‑driven Senior Manager to own the global paid social function. You will lead multi‑million‑dollar campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube and emerging platforms, driving customer acquisition, revenue growth and brand engagement while preserving a premium brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the worldwide paid social strategy across all major platforms.
• Manage and optimize multi‑million‑dollar budgets with a focus on efficiency, scale and profitability.
• Drive full‑funnel initiatives to increase iROAS, acquisition and lifetime value.
• Design audience segmentation, targeting and retargeting frameworks.
• Partner with Creative and Brand teams to craft platform‑native creative and testing plans.
• Oversee campaign pacing, optimization, reporting and performance analysis.
• Identify and scale emerging channels, beta products and innovative formats.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Data, Ecommerce, CRM and Finance to align measurement and growth goals.
• Mentor and develop junior paid‑social talent.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience managing paid social at scale for consumer brands.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable acquisition and revenue results.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills.
