Senior Manager of Customer Onboarding

About the role

Enumerate is seeking a Senior Manager of Customer Onboarding to lead a high‑performing team that drives software adoption, digital‑workflow competence, and payments utilization for our SaaS customers. You will own the end‑to‑end onboarding experience and shape the strategy that enables revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build, coach, and manage a team of onboarding managers, setting clear expectations and performance standards.
• Design and execute a best‑in‑class onboarding program covering data migration, setup, and account activation.
• Own the strategy for customer enablement and payments adoption, ensuring key utilization metrics are met.
• Act as escalation point for complex onboarding challenges, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
• Experiment with AI and tech‑enabled workflows to reduce time‑to‑value and improve satisfaction.
• Maintain a tight performance rhythm with 1‑on‑1s, team reviews, and metric‑driven coaching.
• Report onboarding metrics, team performance, and program improvements to leadership.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of SaaS onboarding or implementation experience, with at least 3 years leading individual contributors.
• Proven track record of driving software adoption and payments or digital‑workflow utilization.
• Demonstrated ability to coach team members into consistent high performers.
• Experience designing or rebuilding onboarding/enablement programs, including playbooks and milestones.
