Senior Manager, HEOR & RWE – Neurology

About the role

The Senior Manager, HEOR & RWE will lead health economics and outcomes research and real‑world evidence strategies for Servier’s neurology portfolio, including Duchenne and Becker muscular dystrophy programs. The role partners with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Market Access and other functions to generate evidence that demonstrates clinical, economic and humanistic value of therapies throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HEOR/RWE subject‑matter expert for neurology assets and develop integrated evidence generation plans.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of HEOR and RWE studies, managing external vendors and internal teams to ensure timely, on‑budget execution.
• Drive communication of evidence to internal stakeholders and external audiences, including publications and payer dossiers.
• Collaborate with asset leads to create tactical evidence plans, track progress, manage budgets and measure impact.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MS) in Health Outcomes, Pharmacoeconomics, Epidemiology or related field.
• 5+ years of HEOR/RWE experience in pharma or consulting, with proven strategy development and execution.
• Strong project‑management skills in a matrix organization and ability to translate scientific data into actionable insights.
• High emotional intelligence, collaborative mindset and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
