Senior Manager, Global Workplaces

About the role

ClickHouse is building its global workplace function from the ground up. As Senior Manager, Global Workplaces you will design policies, standards and operating models that support a remote‑first culture while delivering high‑impact in‑person experiences across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch the global workplace function, creating policies, playbooks and scalable processes.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of small offices worldwide, adapting to local labor laws and regulations.
• Develop a remote‑first, in‑person‑enabled strategy, establishing team hubs, offsites and gathering spaces.
• Lead site selection, build‑out and launch of new offices in partnership with Procurement, Finance and Legal.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts and the global workplace budget, driving cost efficiencies.

Required profile

• 7+ years experience in workplace, facilities, corporate real estate or global office operations, preferably building a function from scratch.
• Proven track record managing a distributed network of small offices across regions and navigating regulatory differences.
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills, with experience partnering with Procurement.
• Budget ownership experience with a focus on operational efficiencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to work across cultures, time zones and languages.
