Senior Manager, Field Operations, Oncology

About the role

The Senior Manager, Field Operations, Oncology partners with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to design and optimize operational processes that enable the field sales organization to meet its business objectives. This field‑based role supports the national Oncology sales organization across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and operational oversight for national and field meetings to maximize engagement and execution impact.
• Partner with field leaders to develop coaching resources, performance metrics and field reporting.
• Serve as liaison between senior sales leaders and Learning & Development to create and deploy training content.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Analytics, Technology and Incentive Compensation to optimize business processes.
• Support new‑hire onboarding, business planning, account‑list and roster management, deployment and targeting excellence.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and performance measures for actionable insights.
• Manage priorities, risks, timelines and stakeholder expectations across multiple workstreams.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least three years of experience in pharma, biotech, medical device or healthcare supporting a field sales organization.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, planning and project‑management capabilities.
• Proven ability to work in a matrix environment, influence without authority and communicate with senior leaders.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% (including overnight).
